We actively seek feedback from patients, trainers, and trainees to refine and enhance our service. Our transcription benchmarking scores are high. In a sample of >300 consultations we correctly identified the speaker as doctor with greater than 99% accuracy. In the same sample size and evaluation the measurement of time spent speaking by each speaker was found to be both reliable and accurate.
We run a weekly evaluation of consultation feedback to monitor reliability and accuracy. We continue on our journey of evaluation of our consultation recording, transcription, and behavioural analysis and we have engaged with training schemes and universities to this end.
